What to Expect On Your Service Day
• On the way text notification (60-minute notice): We'll send you a text 60 minutes before arrival so you know when we're coming. Please ensure your yard is accessible and free of aggressive dogs.
• Thorough yard cleaning: Our trained technicians walk every part of your yard multiple times to make sure every pet waste pile is removed.
• Gate locked & equipment sanitized: We'll take a photo of your gate closed when we leave, and we disinfect our tools with kennel-grade sanitizer to prevent germ spread.
• Responsible disposal: We double-bag the waste and either place it in your trash or haul it away in our service truck, depending on local regulations.
